About the Workshops​​
Learn how to build strength, flexibility and confidence in the air.

A fun alternative to the regular gym, aerial training is a workout which may seem challenging to some to begin with but is so much fun!
​
You don't need a background in gymnastics, dance or need lots of upper body strength to get started (Emma had none!), you'll develop all these skills over time.
​
Remember, everyone has their strengths and everyone learns differently and at different paces. Emma will guide you through making pretty shapes, build your strength and gently increase your flexibility at your own pace.
